Health Is Wealth

What you put in your body is essential to your internal and external foundation. Healthy eating leads to a strong body and mind, capable of conquering any challenge you face in the day. Make sure you add some greens, leafy or sweet, to every meal to ensure you stay positive and productive during the day.

Green represents healing, harmony and freshness. From our plates to our surroundings, green brings an abundance of wealth to our minds and bodies. Green vegetables are also great for reducing bloating, eliminating toxins, and giving our skin a beautiful, healthy glow.

Many vegetables contain B complex vitamins. B-vitamins are responsible for maintaining competent, healthy bodies by converting food into energy, promoting healthy blood flow, and supporting your nervous system.

The B complex vitamin is made of many B-vitamins, such as :

  • B-1 (thiamine)

  • B-2 (riboflavin)

  • B-3 (niacin)

  • B-5 (pantothenic acid)

  • B-6 (pyridoxine)

  • B-7 (biotin)

  • B-9 (folic acid)

  • B-12 (cobalamin)

Dark and leafy greens like kale, spinach, and broccoli are loaded with B-vitamins. Spinach produces the B-6 vitamin, excellent against infections and diseases. B-9 vitamins found in broccoli are excellent for balancing moods and irritability and stimulating cell growth. Feel numbness in your hands or foot? Well, try kale; it is full of B-12 vitamin. A deficiency of B-12 can cause difficulties for your nervous system and the flow of red blood cells throughout the body.
